CONGRATULATIONS to our 4x100m Relay Team of Quincy Isaac (11), Phinneas Guoin (10), Damon Emerson (12), and Nathan Gilmour (11) - their time of 42.49 yesterday not only made them Regional Champions and State Championship Qualifiers with a 1st place finish, but it also set a new Canton School AND Park Record! There was a tie for the previous Canton record of 43.3, set in 2004 and 2011. The previous Park record of 42.53 was set by a team from Salem in 2017.

CONGRATULATIONS to Adam Dicken (11) for breaking his school record, again! Adam ran 4:20.77 in the 1600m Run, setting a new PR and Canton School Record! The school record for the 1600 coming into this season had been on the books since 1988, now it's been broken by Adam, then Mitchell Clark, and now Adam again in just the last month!
It is also worth noting that although only the top 4 relay teams in each event are named all-region, another of our other relay teams did place high enough to score points, which helped the team reach its 2nd place overall finish:
