Canton Girls Swim & Dive had it's second loss of the season. This time to Brighton.

The Bulldog's pool in Brighton is outstanding. We love the facilities.

Cobra highlights:

In the 200 freestyle Hannah Gurgel qualified for D1 state meet.

In the 200 IM Jasmine Pham reached a season best.

In 1 meter diving, Addy Miller placed second.

In the 100 butterfly, Abigail McAskin had a personal best time.

In the 500 freestyle, Mina Kennedy posted a season best time with a first place finish.

Sidney Bennett, Michell Zhang.and Amya Bosanko both 

had a personal best

In the 200 Freestyle Relay: Abigail McAskin, Ximena Murillo, Tayla Smith, Hannah Gurgel finished 1st.

In the 100 backstroke, Amelia Pan finished first.

In the 100 breaststroke, Tayla Smith had a D1 state qualifying time and Abigail McAskin had a season best.

Canton's next meet is Saturday at the Wayne County Championships held at Trenton HS. 10am start.
