Shorthanded Canton qualified four runners for State Finals as Aiden Pengelly wins Regional Championship

Aiden Pengelly took the lead about a half mile into the Regional Final and never looked back.  He finished with an amazing 15:17 becoming only the second Canton runner to ever win the Regional Championship.

Steven Dusseau and Adam Dicken earned all region medals finishing 14th and 15th.  

Ben Clark qualified for Saturday’s final as well, out sprinting competitors to take the final individual spot.

The Canton men will compete at the MHSAA Finals on Saturday at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn.
